“Feeling comfortable your team knows what to do, who does what and what to day in a major issue is critical to how your organisation is perceived by internal and external stakeholders.”

Over the past few years the media spotlight has been intense on the aged care industry. We have worked and continue to work with a number of organisations to help them. This work takes a number of forms – it can be last minute crisis management, as well as working on matters over sustained periods – when an issue continues to be in the media because of legal matters outside the control of an organisation.

Increasingly today, we are working with CEOs who want to be prepared, helping them produce practical communications protocols (rather than complex tomes), working together to consider risk and impact on reputation, how to respond and who would respond, so that everyone knows what to do in the event something does happen.

We are also skilled at telling the positive stories about aged care and raise awareness about the good things that are happening – innovations, new initiatives, new developments and enhancements.

We have spoken at national ACSA and LASA conferences and also assisted NSW Trustee & Guardian in its sponsorship of Seniors Week for a number of years.
